FAQ

  • How do we ship cheese and other perishable products?
    We ship in an insulated carrier with gel icepacks. All orders are shipped via the fastest method using FedEx and UPS two day shipping.
  • When will my order ship?
    We make every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are typically filled within 48 hours. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
  • Can I reserve the upstairs Tasting room for a private party?
    Yes, we take private bookings for any day except Thursdays. Please contact Amy at amy@cheesers.com or call the store 608-873-1777
  • When will my monthly subscription ship?
    We ship monthly subscriptions on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
